The individual signing up for the institutional membership on behalf of their organization may use the fields below to add information that can later be shared in a Member Directory. The remaining users of your AGES Institutional Membership will need to enter this data individually in their manually created AGES member accounts.

A note on data privacy: Each member must opt-in to the Member Directory to appear to other members. This function is found on the Directories tab of the Account page. Data entered here may be edited at any time from the user’s profile or from the My Profile page of the Account page. The user’s profile will also have an eye icon next to each item allowing the user to customize which data entered is visible on their profile.
