Tips on Speaking at Genealogy Conferences, webinar, 5 Dec 2024

The next Membership Networking webinar will be on Thursday, 5th December. See below for the time of the meeting.

Our speaker will be AGES member Tina Sansone. She will be giving a talk titled ‘Tips on Speaking at Genealogy Conferences.’

We have spent a lot of our time learning about the different aspects of family history. Some of us may even specialize in an area – DNA, African American, New England, Native American, etc. It would be great if we could share the information that we have learned with others by submitting to speak at a genealogy conference. This talk will give you some tips on speaking at a genealogy conference.

Tina is a professional genealogist and owner of Past & Present Pathways. She is the Registrar of her DAR Chapter and assists in other lineage applications. She is a board member of the Tennessee Genealogical Society and a member of many other societies. She is a retired librarian for the Germantown Regional History & Genealogy Center.  Tina has lectured on different topics for many years and enjoys helping others learn about their ancestors.

There will be time to discuss ideas and thoughts arising from the topic and/or other news you want to share. The meeting is scheduled to last for an hour.

Meeting time:

18.00-19.00 Glasgow, Scotland (GMT)

11.00-12.00 Salt Lake City, Utah (MST)
